From Reuters: “Beijing city authorities have banned one of the largest unofficial Protestant churches in the city and confiscated ‘illegal promotional materials,’ amid a deepening crackdown on China’s ‘underground’ churches.”

The 17th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks is Tuesday, and yet the United States’ “war on terror” is ongoing in both Afghanistan and the Middle East.
